The different asanas (poses) and movements of yoga increase stamina, reduce stress, enhance flexibility, and foster a an overall sense of well-being. People of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from yoga.  Yoga practice has the inherent power to make a profound and positive difference in every aspect of your life.  


Our  Head Yoga Instructor has taught yoga for more than 15 years;

and has been a student of yoga for 25 years.  

She maintains certification through The Yoga Alliance as both an RYT500 and an EYRT500.

Sunrise Yoga

This energetic, motivating yoga class wakes you up and leaves you feeling invigorated so you can start your day the right way.  Please register for this class in advance.  This can either be done on-line using the “schedule now” button, or by calling the studio.

Self-Nurture Yoga

This unique yoga class is taught only by our Head Yoga Instructor, Heather A. Owens, who has 15 years teaching experience and maintains an ERYT500 certification through the Yoga Alliance. She developed this style from her own yogic practice by combining a asanas that easily flow into each other to help you become more attuned to your entire being.  This class helps to improve flex-ability, balance, strength, and your over-all sense of well-being.  Be more aware of the inner you; and enjoy your journey towards self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.

Beginner Yoga 1

This class is taught by one of our Student Teachers and is a wonderful introduction to Yoga.  Class focuses on proper breathing and listening to the body as you move through basic postures.  Rate for this class is $11.00 & must be signed up for in advance (this can be done on-line using the “schedule now” button, or by calling the studio).  No monthly or membership rates apply.
